The organization’s CRA Registration Charitable #

A description of the proposed item or activity for which the funding is required

A letter indicating the full description of the project/initiative’s activities, scheduling and intended impact.  And, a description of the organization’s history, objective’s and experience of the project/initiative.

Approved funding will be determined in the final quarter of the current calendar year, after the Board eveluates all request(s).  All candidates will receive notification on whether they received approval by December 31st.
