The Reise Family Bursary has been established for three post secondary institutions in Ontario.  Students must show exemplary skills and desire to enter into the post secondary program of their choice.  Preference will be given to those individuals who require financial assistance with their tuition and to those individuals who would not otherwise qualify due to personal financial constraints.  Current institutions include:  McMaster University, Western University and Mohawk College.  Should a student be applying to an alternative post-secondary institution and is need for a bursary, please provide a request to our Foundation for consideration.

Health Care Organizations may apply for funding that will aid in the purchase of new equipment and/or research projects.  Priority will be given to organizations that are dedicated to patients with Cancer or Alzheimer’s; Hospice Facilities & Organizations that provide comfort and compassionate care to patient’s with life-limiting illnesses; and, to Children’s Hospitals that provide scientific and/or clinical advancement dedicated to improving the health of a child.

Many young and talented individuals are limited with their ability to participate in sports, culture and arts programs due to their family’s financial constraints.  It is a known fact that young minds evolve with mental and physical stimulus.  The Reise Family Foundation will accept applications from organizations that provides promising under-privileged students to pursue their dreams in a sport, culture or arts program.
